Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Afrishorts.
These terms govern your use of Afrishorts — a platform for discovering, watching, and distributing African short-form cinema. By creating an account or watching films you agree to them.
1. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to subscribe.
2. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown in Nigerian naira. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
3. Creator content
Filmmakers retain ownership of the films they upload and grant Afrishorts a licence to stream them. Creators are responsible for holding the rights to everything in their films, including music and footage.
4. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to download, copy, or redistribute films outside the player, and don't misuse the service or infringe others' rights.
5. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in advance.
